Joel Bartholomew is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of diverse experience spanning the military, federal contracting, nonprofit leadership, and consulting sectors. A military veteran, Joel has dedicated over a decade to working with leaders at both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, demonstrating a deep commitment to service and community. He has a wife Kate and a Son Liam.
Joel’s expertise is multifaceted. He has over ten years of federal grant-making and contracting experience, coupled with eight years as a Salesforce consultant. His proficiency in data collection, reporting, and dashboards, combined with his ability to develop custom Salesforce solutions, has been instrumental in transforming organizations’ operational efficiencies.
In his role as a Salesforce Consultant and Client Manager, Joel supported pre-sales and sales processes, created solution roadmaps, and built long-term relationships with key clients. He played a critical role in onboarding new clients and guiding them toward achieving their short and long-term goals. His leadership extended to representing the organization at conferences and events, targeting new markets, and contributing to business growth.
Joel’s passion is to help organizations and organizational leaders reach their maximum potential. He often says that data is one of his love languages because it provides clear and actionable insights when used correctly. He loves that the work he does helps to grow and improve organizations and through that he helps to make a positive impact on the world.
Joel holds a Master’s degree in Program Management and Acquisition Management from American Graduate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries with a minor in Business from Grace University. He is also a certified Salesforce Administrator and holds several federal acquisition certifications.
Currently residing in Fairhope, Alabama, Joel continues to leverage his extensive experience and expertise to help organizations and leaders achieve their goals through data-driven strategies, strong leadership, and innovative solutions.
